New Media Station Documentation - iMovie Effects
iMovie allows you to apply various effects to video clips. Some of these are for image quality purposes such as adjusting brightness and contrast, adjusting colors, or sharpening. Others are for artistic uses such as sepia tone, soft focus, or fog.
You can also adjust speed and direction of clips to play them backward, in slow motion, or at high speed.
Effects in iMovie are covered in Apple's iMovie Tutorial Lesson 4: Adding Motion and Video Effects. There is nothing special about this feature on UNH's New Media stations.
